The Kite or Kite Flying

Past of the kite is focused on 300 years of age. Moreover, it will be the oldest kind of aircraft. It originated / invented in China about 300 years back. Over the Han dynasty (2000 B.C to 200 A.D), the Chinese military used to attach bamboo pipes to the kite. The passing of wind through the pipes makes a whistling sound which caused enemy troops to panic and flee. So, kites had important role in classical Chinese army.

The angle of attack could be controlled by several short lines named the bridles. Flying of kite is so simple and amazing. The wind lift it into the air quickly. If there is enough string to allow, the kite goes up to it desire to go. It got a bit harder to manipulate in the air simply because the wind kept it tugging. It was actually so peaceful to simply watch it sway backwards and forwards from the breeze.
